The Blooming Arts Festival has proven to be a big success, attracting artists from a large radius and representing many different talents.  Held the first weekend of Spring, it is always a sign of renewal in March every year. The 2013 Blooming Arts Festival will be March 22-24, marking the first time it will be a three day event. The Blooming Arts Festival was initially developed to honor the culture and natural beauty of Perry County and was attended by several thousand enthusiasts.
