Experience the simpler way of life for which many of us long.  Members of the Mennonite and Amish faiths were looking for fertile farmland and abundant water when they settled in Perry County in the 1970s.  

They are a resourceful, self-reliant community, producing fresh vegetables, fruit, berry crops, molasses and handcraft items.  The Mennonite and Amish communities exemplify life in the nineteenth century before the automobile changed the face and pace of America.
