Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative encourages its members to participate in the free Home e-Valuation® energy audit program before September 30, 2009, to receive a free energy conservation kit.
This simple audit is available online at www.mlec.com, and in paper form from MLEC. It takes only a few minutes, but the results can go a long way in helping homeowners determine where their energy dollars are going and how to trim energy use.
The FREE kit includes two compact fluorescent light bulbs, outlet and light switch gaskets, a filter whistle, two faucet aerators, a hot water temperature gauge, a home thermometer, and a copy of the “How To Save” brochure.
While the kit offer ends September 30, the actual audit opportunity will continue to be available online and in paper form. For additional details, contact MLEC.
MLEC, a Touchstone Energy® Cooperative, is a non-profit organization offering reliable, lowcost electricity to 35,000 members in Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Lewis and Perry counties. Member–electric power companies of Middle Tennessee. Remember to play it safe around electricity.
