Perry County Medical Center, Inc.

Located in western middle Tennessee, Perry County Medical Center, Inc., (PCMC) provides quality, affordable primary health care to the people of Perry County and the neighboring counties. The clinic accepts all types of insurance and offers sliding-fee-scale-based charges according to household income for those with little or no insurance coverage. The center has onsite medical, laboratory, x-ray and behavioral health services. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments may be scheduled by calling 931-589-2104. One of the providers takes walk-in patients each morning.

On October 15, 2007, we opened a new federally funded health facility in Lyles, Tennessee, called Three Rivers Community Health - Hickman. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic is located at 7723 Clearview Church Lane, Lyles, TN 37098, 931-670-5520. It is off of State Rd. 100, approximately 10 miles from Dickson. Please be sure to tell them you found them on the Perry County Chamber website!
